"Gynaecology OPD at HRI"

I attended Gynaecology OPD at HRI following a fast track referral. I wsa seen within 5 working days.

I received information in the post prior to being seen. The content of the leaflet was good but the quality of the leaflet was poor. Photocopied with faded print and some areas duplicated and upside down.

When i attended for my appointment I was seen on time and the staff were all professional. The nusrsing team were extrememly good and dr was excellent. They talked to me about the procedure, what to expect and following the procedure explained the next steps.

When my results were available they explained my treatment options in detail and what the next steps were including foollow up. I felt fully informed and engaged with thorughout.
