What I liked
The doctor that first treated me in A&E was lovely, they were very caring and explained everything in lay-mens terms. They explained what was wrong and why i would have to stay on a ward. The ward was lovely, the staff on the word where very friendly and courteous and made my stay really enjoyable, even for a hospital. The ward was also spotlessly clean
What could be improved
The A&E Department, was virtually when i was brought in, however the three nurses that where sitting in there office next to the ambulance door where so rude, when I said i was feeling really sick and dissy the nurse went, "well just go sit down till we can do something." i thought this was very rude, then the nurse just chatted on with other nurses in the room, while other patients made comments about that one paticlear nurse. I went to the toilet and there was blood on the side of the sink and on the floor,it was discusting
Anything else?
The ward side of the hospital seemed very organised and well managed, however the A&E Department was awful.
