"Ward 11 Day Case"

I was on Ward 11 on 30th January.

From arriving on the ward on a very snowy morning the staff were excellent,friendly and informative at every stage.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Every person I came into contact with made me feel cared for.

Even down to the anaesthetists, there was humor and reassurance at what is often a frightening time.

I have had two major ops at the LGH in the past couple of years and the standard was the same then.
