I have to say I thought the consultant was outstanding in looking after my adult son with learning disabilities who is a nightmare with needle phobia and poor understanding of what would be going on - they dealt with the situation with complete skill and communication thank you so much

We are so pleased that the Consultant Neurologist was so skilled in communicating the details of his treatment and reassuring your son during needle procedures. We aim to achieve delivery of compassionate excellence to every patient in our care from all levels of staff.
