"Care"

My father in law has had three weeks in b14 and the floor below wot fantastic hard working staff you have the best he could have. every time we saw him he say how good the staff are from the nurse to the tea staff..and how good the food was and to thank the staff very much I dont think you seen the last of him. a pat on the back for all of them ..........please pass this on to all your staff
