I arrived in the department shortly after 7am in a lot of pain. I was booked in by the receptionist, seen by the triage nurse and given pain relief. I was then given two x-rays. After seeing the Doctor I was fitted with a support boot (for my fractured foot) by the sister on duty. Everything was explained and I was given an appointment for the fracture clinic. I left the department at 08.45hrs. I could not have received better treatment anywhere. Everyone was so attentive efficient and pleasant, after working through the night shift in such a demanding area of the hospital I thought you were all so commendable With best wishes
"An unreserved thank you to you all in the A&E..."
