"Nothing about my experiences with ..."

About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

(as the patient),

What I liked

Nothing about my experiences with this hospital have been good.

What could be improved

The staff need to be more friendly and aware of people. They run around ignoring people and talking amongst themselves, talking over my head. This was very evident in A&E more interested in the computer screens. I was not there out of choice I was sent by the EPU unit so felt like a piece of meat being passed around. Moved around to reach your targets of not having someone waiting for to long. A potter even told me he had to move me because I been in one place to long. When the doctor who I had been sent to see finally came she was rude and did not see why I was there, I did not know why I had been sent I wanted to see a midwife for advice thats why my GP had sent me to EPU for help. But you are the hospital and are supposed to know best. Your staff treated me like I was not there and gave me no help and support this has left me with a deep emotional scare. If I had had the help and support when I came to your EPU dept I strongly believe (still after all this time) that things would be very different for me now.
