What I liked

I had surgery in the Riverside centre in March last year so knew what to expect when I had to come back for investigations in the endoscopy suite.

The staff were really very helpful and professional. I felt my concerns and fears were addressed and that the level of care and attention provided was absolutely right.

Having an endoscopy can be a bit embarrassing and isn't very pleasant, however I think that the people who provided my care did the best they could to minimise any unpleasantness.

What could be improved

I'm usually pretty quick to criticise.. but on this occasion I really can't fault those that provided my care.
