About: University Hospital Wishaw

(as the patient),

I had an appointment today at the Breast clinic in Wishaw General. I cannot fully recall the doctors name but I'm sure her first name with Kathleen. She had a warm and welcoming manner which made me feel at ease, she had a reassuring smile and sound knowledge and gave me lots of self help advice. The doctor was very polite and I left feeling very happy. I hope this gets passed on to her as she definitely deserves the recognition.
