I have been attending this hospital for the last couple of years and I must say the experience I have had is 5 star in my opinion and I don't think I would have received any better treatment if I had of gone to a private hospital. My treatment has just been taken over and I am over the moon with the service delivered to me. My doctor was very informative of my condition, given me plenty of time to make decisions about the treatments available to me, explained all the information in depth, is kind courteous and respectful and most of all is extremely efficient. This person knows their job well and I feel safe in their care. Trusting your care provider is the quickest way to recovery.
I have been very indecisive about some treatment I require, mainly due to fear, yet still they have given me more time and been patient with me and reassured me.
There is no waiting around they run their appointments pretty much to time.
I have recently had a rough time with sleepless nights due to joint pain and when I explained this at my appointment yesterday, (18.01.2015 ) they treated me there and then, though a little shocked at the speed of their decision as I expected to have to go back at a later date for treatment, I left the hospital done and dusted, which is what you want, you can't get better than that.
Even more impressive is that I only attended my appointment yesterday (18.01.2016) and I have received my follow up appointment today (19.01.2016) for the end of March.
The hospital is clean, staff are polite and all other hospitals should lead by example from these people, you are greeted with a smile and you leave with a smile.
Keep up the good work ROH your all doing a grand job.
"Feel safe in their hands."
