"Physiotherapy Department"

My appointment, on the 18th January, came very quickly following a referral from my doctor to support treatment for a very painful shoulder.

After trouble free parking, the Physiotherapy Department was well signposted and easy to locate, the reception experience friendly and efficient, and the waiting area clean, bright and cheerful.

My physiotherapist (and I realise, here, that I am not supposed to identify personalities) greeted me on time and conducted the assessment thoroughly, professionally and informatively.

All in all, I have nothing but praise for this establishment and its personnel, and whilst I would not normally leave a revue of a hospital appointment, I feel that I should give credit where credit is clearly due.
