What I liked

The hospital was clean and she was seen in under 1 hour

What could be improved

I heard a nurse talk about my friend behind her back saying that she should take the pills then shut up and go home. I didn't say anything because i was embarrassed but they knew i heard them. They are all unprofessional and stand around drinking cups of tea, i heard another lady scream for help but no one came to her.

Anything else?
