Response from Involvement Facilitator, NHS Leeds

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Wharfedale Hospital on the NHS Choices website. I was pleased to learn that you were seen quickly. However, I was sorry to hear that you subsequently had to go to the LGI for them to diagnosis your broken toe, and therefore that you feel that it is not a very good service provided at Wharfedale Hospital.

We will pass on your comments to the Patient Relations Manager at Leeds Teaching Hopsitals NHS Trust.
