I attended ENT with my granddaughter yesterday. This was a 2nd visit and was just as good an experience as the 1st. The staff were all pleasant, friendly and helpful. Bottles of juice, covered jugs with water and paper cups were available and we were invited to help ourselves.The consultant was present 20 mins. early and my granddaughter was seen promptly at her appointment time. Furthermore, they were very efficient whilst being friendly, approachable and welcoming. Fortunately in our case they were able to be reassuring too. A student who was present was very well mannered, giving up their chair as there were three of us. They were respectful towards us and the consultant and pleasant too. I think the consultant would be a good role model! Two visits to this department have been really good experiences. Thank you.
