"Change of Appointment"

I just come home from work to find my appointment for the begining off February at Dr Helen Hopkinson's Clinic has been cancelled and the new appointment is set for March. I think this is unacceptable as my appointments for this clinic seem to be constantly cancelled since it moved from the McQuarter building to the New Victoria Hospital. I have already have that day booked as a day off and this cancellation has come too late to change my shifts for that week. Also it's 4 weeks after the original appointment and I have always asked that the appointment should be between 9 and 10am,this new appointment isn't,  and I'm not pleased that this cancellation has come so late. I would like my appointment to be sorted out.
