"Dental staff went out their way to make me feel welcome"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Clydebank for the an appointment with the Oral Health Department.

I am just wanting to thank the staff at the clinic for making me feel welcome as this was my first appointment and visit to the hospital and I am thankful for the staff for spending the quality time with me going over the treatment plan.

The only downfall is that there is no were signposted in this hospital to have something to eat or drink and to sit down for patients just a small shop

Hi Waterloo

Thank you very much for your extremely kind words. Our team work very hard to make sure they are providing the highest possible standard of care for all of our patients, and it is great for them to receive such positive feedback.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not feel we have placed clear signposts to our Golden Bistro Cafe: we value all feedback, positive or negative, and will feed this back to our team to take forward.

Thanks again for getting in touch, and if you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards

Communications Department
