"24hr Care Unit"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

We visited the 24 care unit on Friday 8 January at 8pm with our son who was quite poorly.

We had a very competent call with 111 who made the appointment for us. The doctor was extremely thorough and gentle with our little boy and gave us great reassurance. From ringing up 111 at 6.30pm we had been seen and left the hospital at 9pm with very little wait. The service and care we received were brilliant from North Tyneside General Hospital. Many thanks
