After a fall at work, I went the next day to the Unit (Sunday 10th Jan). I arrived at 9.30am, explained everything to a polite receptionist. I was called to see the nurse within 10 mins, who after examining my ankle , wheeled me down to the X-ray department. Where again everyone very friendly and polite.
In a nutshell, everything was fine and it was just a very bad sprain. The nurse and their team was helpful and caring and put my mind at rest and
I left on crutches at 10.25. The whole process took just under an hour.
I was completely happy with the attention and service that I received.
