"Emergency"

From the initial 999 call, first response, ambulance team and A&E department, to blue lighting my husband to Kings.I can only say thank you. Your initial rapid response and pushing for a bed for him there was brilliant. Never left alone or uninformed and treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for the treatment, few and sympathy. Words are not enough.

I can't remember your names but we never felt like just another job.

By the time we moved on, you were becoming overwhelmed with patients but we never witnessed anything other than top notch care.
