"Excellent Care and Time Provided."

I have been a patient at the Churchill Medical Centre for several years. I have often considered leaving the practice due to a lack of consistency and continuity and being rushed during appointments. However, I was recently seen at the Tudor Drive Surgery by Dr.  Chatterjee. What a difference experience, what I would expect from a GP. Very patient and kind had excellent clinical knowledge not just about my visit but in other areas and took time to sit with me to address my concerns. I went away thinking about how much credit this Doctor provides for the practice. He is clearly putting patients first and as a fellow senior health professional I do understand what pressures GP's are under. But I would like Dr. Chatterjee interventions be recognised by the KCCG and the management of the practice. He has a particular manner which demonstrates what should be expected from a health care professional working for the NHS.
