What I liked
I was seen very quickly at the A & E dept. Assessed fast and given pain relief for agonising kidley pain.
Not made to feel like I was inconveniencing the doctors and nurses was great!
What could be improved
The A and E waiting room is particularly grim and had lots of unusual characters hanging around/ keeping warm at 2am! Not the best but then again I wasn't too bothered about it at the time!
Anything else?
All the staff I came across were fab! I was in A and E, Ivor Lewis ward and Day surgery wards. Very caring throughout despite rushed of their feet. Also I thought the food was very good - couldn't believe it when I was offered a choice - WOW!
