Booked an appointment to see out of hours dentist. Arrived to a locked outpatients department; finally manage to get in but no one on reception. Was told eventually to go to oral surgery dept. Dental nurse on duty didn't seem to know who was expected, who had appointments. Dentist seemed to be telling people to take painkillers and to wait to see their dentists. What is the point of this out of hours service? except to collect £18 from whoever attends. A lot of people seemed in a lot of pain and were fobbed of with paracetamol or vague advice.
