"excellent fracture clinic treatment on 29th..."

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wish to express my thanks for fine treatment I received at the N&N this morning. I was asked to attend Fracture Clinic and virtually all staff - regardless of seniority - made big efforts to make me feel welcome and cared for. Within an hour and a half I was X-rayed, treated and diagnosed, for a suspected thumb dislocation. The Registrar was excellent, friendly, unassuming, but very clear and reassuring in their detailed explanations. But other Radiography and reception staff - particularly in Radiology - were professional, good humoured and friendly. One other Receptionist was slightly cool and over-brisk in their directions, but everyone else (even café staff!) could not have done more to be human and helpful.

Once again, the much maligned NHS came up trumps for me.
