"Follow-up"

I forgot to mention that the paramedics who attended on both occasions were excellent.

They took copious notes of my condition - COPD, Prostate Cancer and the previous multiple fractures to my hip and pelvis.

However it became obvious on both A&E admissions, no-one had apparently read these notes in any detail, or if they had, took very little notice.

My discharge notes from the ward a week later show the full extent of the problem.
