(as a parent/guardian),

Kate, from the Speech and Language Therapy team visited us at home to discuss our daughter's care needs.

Kate was friendly but, more than that, she listened to both my concerns and my husband's concerns about our daughter very attentively. Kate spoke to us with respect and gave us her time.

Our daughter is in and out of hospital all the time and afraid of medical professionals due to all the procedures she has to undergo... but within five minutes she was referring to Kate as 'aunty' because of the affection with which Kate was speaking with her. Thank you.

I am so pleased that you have had such a positive experience and, of course that your daughter felt so comfortable.
