"Poswillo Dental Suite"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

This was my first visit to the Hospital

My visit was to have 2 teeth roots removed that my Dentist could not remove. The nurses, surgeon and all staff were very helpful, polite and gave great professional care. I felt totally safe in their hands

My only issue was the waiting time, there were 4 appointments that morning all of them for 08:30.

I had to wait 2 and half hrs for the patients having general anesthetic to be seen first before I could have my local anesthetic, I was in and out within 15 minutes so I think staggered appointment times would have been better. (a suggestion)

Oh and when I had been led to the recovery room I was told someone would be there to see me shortly (I was sat with gauze in my mouth) nearly 1 hr later "I" found a nurse and was told I was ok to leave, another hr lost.

All in all it was a good experience and I would not have any problem going back.
