"A & E Staff - Excellent"

With constant critism of NHS staff and services I felt it essential to write with my experience.. Today I had the misfortune to suffer a painful minor injury. From the moment I arrived at a busy A & E dept I was treated with care and kindness by efficient professional staff. I was seen, diagnosed, treated (plaster cast applied, bloods taken, medication administered, out patient appointment booked) in under two hours. The doctor and their colleague treated me with kindness and condiseration ensuring I fully understood the nature of my injury, treatment required and recovery process.
