"Delays in appointment for Urology department"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Urology

(as the patient),

I had to cancel an appointment due to going on holiday. It was for May 2016. I called as soon as I received the letter and tried to rearrange the appointment for either 2 weeks prior or after the date. I was informed that the next appointment would be in September 16. This is not satisfactory!
