"Good experience turned bad"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

I attended A and E, the receptionist, triage nurse, Drs and Consultants were excellent I was kept informed at all times. They were professional, friendly and caring. Unfortunately the support worker was patronising, rude and uncaring, it is a shame that only one person can make a hospital experience bad. Is this sort of person that gives the NHS a bad Name.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your experience in the Accident and Emergency department of Tunbridge Wells Hospital. We were pleased to hear that the majority of the staff who cared for you were professional and friendly and will certainly pass this on to the matron for the department. If you would like us to follow up your concerns regarding the support worker please do not hesitate to contact the PALS office at mtw-tr.palsoffice@nhs.net. With kind regards the PALS team.
