"Bariatric bypass surgery"

I recently had bariatric bypass at st Richards hospital in my opinion I wouldn't give less than 5 stars. The staff on Chichester ward were fantastic always polite very caring as a whole my experience has been a great one.the wards are of excellent spotless clean cleaning staff were spot on they were always polite , Nurses were brilliant they cared for me very well as I was disabled I needed a lot of help with washing the help was always there.I could not thank them enough for my treatment I received I give 5 gold stars to this ward and to the staff at the Lockwood centre a big thank you to you all for a very satisfied patient of Chichester ward many thanks to you all.
