firstly I would like to point out that I am not here to criticize the hospital itself, but to complain about trying getting through to certain departments. Since Kings took over the eye clinic at Sidcup it appears to have taken a distinct turn for the worse. I had an appointment approx. 4 weeks ago and after being seen was told my next appointment would be sent to me. Before I was able to make appointments that day or would receive my next appointment a few days later. I have been trying for the past 2 days to get through but to no avail. I have tried asking the switchboard to put me through but every time I get 2 minutes of music then the line goes dead. if it wasn't for the fact that I need treatment I would just give up.
