"Poor service given private hospital"
It's very hard to get through to anyone on the phone, let alone the right person. Too many different routes on the switchboard. when you route where you think you need to be, it seems like a lot of the times they are too busy to answer the call
I've had two appointments with a consultant and each time they have been running an hour late. I've only been told this when I arrive. Why could the receptionist not have called their patients and advised them ahead of time. It's the first thing they mention when you arrive so clearly has been aware of it some time
Very frustrating given the cost
