I feel they are more concerned over displays and image than patient care . I have been for 5 consultations and 3 have been 45 mins late and other 2, 10 mins late . The operation went badly , my throat had been seriously abused by pipes , my knee operation was a failure , my tendons where badly damaged and they caused a bakers cyst which burst and left me in serious pain . I phoned for three hours to try find out why I was in so much pain , no answer. I went there to be told there was nothing wrong , my GP was worried and sent me to Royal berks as I had all the symptoms of deep vain thromboses. with the ultra sound I was told that I had a bakers cyst burst and specialist had to be called due to the damage caused to my tendons during the surgery. They would like me to go back for another look at redoing my knee and I would rather not . will definitely change hospitals and surgeons.
