What I liked

PALS were helpful and friendly.

What could be improved

I was refered to as the *name of treatment* patient, not by name. It would appear that patient confidentiality either does not exist or is seldom kept. Receptionists were rude and unprofessional when speaking to me, demanding they speak to someone else. My concerns regarding my treatment were met with hostile responses. There was no help or consideration given when I needed to change an appointment. Appointment letters were not sent out.
