"Amazing care"

I have just been an impatient on A8 and F5 and I have received amazing, professional care. Most of my stay was on A8 and having worked in a hospital myself I know the demands on staff. Despite these demands I have never seen such amazing care for elderly patients. I am in my early 40's and did not need a lot of attention but witnessed staff spending time with patients that needed it, even if it was just to hold their hand and speak to them when they were upset or scared. These staff members are a credit to this hospital. I would also like to thank all the staff on F5 who made me feel relaxed before my procedure and for the very jolly staff in the Cath lab. The Consultant is also amazing, they were very caring and empathetic.
