What I liked

I liked the efficient and polite way my appointment was handled also the help I was given.

What could be improved

Timescale and correct treatment.

In May 2009 I was measured (scanned) for purpose made footware to accomodate my deformed feet.

A few weeks later I was recalled for another scan and told to wait to be called to be fitted with the new footware.

About two months later I was called for the fitting, the shoes were almost impossible to get onto my feet, were far too tight and did not fit correctly.

The shoes would have to be returned for alteration!!

Another two months and I had another fiting again the shoes were nothing like the correct fit to my feet.

Six months have now passed and I am still wating for the correct footware. I now have extreamly painful feet and cannot walk very far because my current footware cannot accomodate my feet.
