"This is my life that is at stake"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as the patient),

My specialist told me in August I needed urgent pulminary rehabilitation, and sent a letter to my g. p. I heard nothing, no appointment.

I went to my g. p. in October, and was promised an appointment from Dewsbury Hospital. November, nothing. I visited my g. p. he sent another request to Dewsbury Hospital, for urgent appointment of pulmonary rehabilitation in late November. Still nothing.

My lungs are deteriorating fast. I cannot walk, as I am out of brerath. What help from Dewsbury Hospital? Nothing! I'm really upset about this. This is my life that is at stake.
