"Poor treatment by Emergency Department"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

My visit has resulted in me making a formal complaint to the hospital, and their referral service, Medocc..The 'system' pushed me around, I initially booked in to casualty (sorry, that's an old word, of course I meant ED) in severe pain from an infected laceration (level 8-9, if I had been asked) , at 11.15a.m.

24 hours later my essential (I feel) antibiotics were dispensed (\N.B. no prescription painkillers, and only then could I hope to recover.

Something has gone wrong.
