The entire experience from initial checking in to the nursing care and kindness was exceptional as I was extremely anxious prior to my examination and procedure. The consultant was very understanding, gentle and patient. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team and would happily recommend this department to anyone needing care.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent outpatient Gynaecology appointment. I am pleased to hear that you found the experience as a whole to be exceptional and that the individual doctors and nurses were kind, understanding and professional.

I presume from the date of your posting you attended the new Jigsaw building and if so I hope the calm, cheerful surroundings helped ease your anxiety levels.

Thank you for stating you would happily recommend this department to anyone, as it does help other patients feel confident in attending.

I will pass on your comments the Gynaecology team as I know they will appreciate your feedback.
