What I liked

All the staff were exceptionally kind and caring and were very attentive to my needs both medical and emotional. From the cleaners to the consultants, i found everyone to be very attentive.

What could be improved

Not that i ate much during my 11 day stay, but i would recommend more selection of basic foods such as jacket potatoes, salads and fresh fruit as these would be more manageable when recovering from surgery .

Anything else?

The management and staff of Cheddar ward were exceptional. The levels of hygiene and cleanliness were very high and the atteentive nature of the staff was outstanding both to myself and to my family at a very difficult and traumatic time.
