Had a call at my home from a very sharp speaking female. Asking why I had written to my doctor and informed him I had reduced my insulin.
I have had a few problems with my care by this hospital! Letters not being sent out for procedures and getting called asking why I have missed them!
Last letter sent implied I had said I could not get procedure during December to February, something I have never done. I really want the procedure done.
When I phone up to find out what is happening I get passed from pillar to post.
I really think they look at my age and think I am probably dolally.
I have already had to put a formal complaint in because of the treatment I received when admitted early on in the year at this hospital.
I have phoned the diabetic team and they have asked every one there, they have all said they did not call. My own doctors practice said they did not call. Really am at my wits end. From a near octogenarian who has all her marbles.
"mysterious phone call"
