Rude..Uncaring .My mum asked for a walker 6 times in 5 hours so she could go 2 the loo .It never turned up after 3 people said they would get one ..Have told her they were going to do an endoscopy every day now for 8 days still nothing .Rang the ward 10 asked how my mum was they said they would look up her notes put the phone on the side for 15 mins .And 2 people started to slag off a patient off in the background one telling the other to just ignore her .Then just puting the phone down .It has taken .5 phone calls over 2 days just to speak to someone ..This is the worst hospital I have had the missfortune to encounter . Very very poor .

This is not the standard we expect from any of our staff.

I really hope you do contact the team so we can put this right for you as soon as possible.
