(as the patient),

I recently had to have an operation on my shoulder at EDH Eastbourne.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff in the day surgery suite, from the consultant down to the porters and everyone else involved. The staff kept me informed all the way through and answered my questions professionally. So thank you once again keep up the good work
