"Appointments cancelled time and time again,..."

Had a visit in January and supposed to have a follow up after six months. Appointment's made but keep being cancelled at the last minute. The latest appointment was cancelled as the consultants all took leave at the last minute and the whole clinic was cancelled even the other staff were very annoyed. My follow up appointment is now five months overdue with no sign of any appointment in the near future.
