"The way every hospital should be"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital

Yesterday I had to go to outpatients for a procedure and was at once put at ease by the care, consideration, professionalism and efficiency of the staff and by the cleanliness of the hospital itself.

There seemed to be an atmosphere of `Patient is paramount` in the hospital.

The department itself was extremely well thought out, designed to make the visit as streamlined and efficient as possible and yet offering as much comfort and dignity as possible.

There was no clutter, no leaflets and posters stuck all over the walls (as is the case in so many hospitals), the all the staff were smart.....the eye was very definitely in the detail and it has paid dividends!
