What I liked

my 7 week old son has just been in leighton hospital for 4 days the staff were amazing with him he was seen and dealt with very fast and i was not made to wait and fill in the paper work till after the doctor had seen my boy which i thought was fantastic.my little boy was constantly observed and the medical team did all they could to find out what was the matter with him in the end there was no definate answer but it did not matter as he was improving and i believed they had done all they could and you have to accept that sometimes there are no defiante answers. the staff explained everything that was happening and what was going to happen so we never felt left not knowing which i feel is very important. every morning we saw the doctor who explain the next steps and answered any questions we had.

What could be improved

in my experience nothing could of been improved.

Anything else?

all the staff on ward 16 and 17 work fantastically together providing excellent care for all the children there and i am extremelly thankful to each and everyone.
