I was diagnosed with health anxiety in October 2014, I used to seek constant medical attention so I went to my GP and spoken to her and I was referred to Inclusion Matters.
The waiting list to receive help was 6-8 weeks and it felt like forever. I knew I needed help but their was nothing I could do but wait. After waiting I received a call from a counsellor and received my first appointment.
The care I received was brilliant and 10 weeks later I am now free from my fears and can start to live my life again. Kate my counsellor has changed my life and has given me hope that I can conquer my fears. At first going to my first session I was so nervous but Kate made me feel so relaxed. It really has changed my life.
