(as the patient),

From arrival at A&E with a letter from my doctor through to triage within 5 minutes and immediately into the resuscitation area I could not ask for better treatment. 2 hours later I had a chest x-ray and was then admitted to AMU for a very short time but where I had the best attention and care. Onwards to ward 42 where again I received the best treatment even going for an ultrasound on a Sunday. The staff on this ward are just wonderful, so caring and dedicated I cannot thank them enough. They have so many problems and difficulties to deal with and they still smile. I did experience a traumatic time and one person who really helped me through was Miss Thomas she is what the NHS is made of. THANK YOU EVERYONE
