"X-ray department sucks!"

I have tried phoning 01795 418300 on three occasions. On the 05 Nov 2015, I was redirected to the X-ray department and was put on hold for more than 10 minutes. No one picked up the phone. I phoned in again today (09 Nov 2015) twice; first was 5 minutes waiting so I put down and redialled. I was assured that I was next in queue so I held the line. I was placed on hold for 27 minutes until they have disconnected the line. No one answered the phone!

I wonder if those people who work there are asleep or just plain deaf?
