"Total Knee Replacement"

I am writing to complement all the staff on the Elective Orthopaedics ward for the superb treatment I received following my operation on the 17TH September 2015.

From my initial appointment to the pre- assessment ,operation and subsequent recovery everything was first class and as good if not better than any treatment I've had done privately in the past.

Everything was explained fully by all staff at every stage and nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately I did not feel very much like eating afterwards but the food I did have was enjoyable .

I now have to continue your good work by cracking on with my physio.

Once again my thanks and best wishes to all the staff on this first class ward.
